I really like the emphasis of pushing lower stomach/abdomen into the ground, helps so much! I’ve always had a hard time keeping my back on the ground and not so arched with any ab workout on my back and this is such a great tip!

I was not expecting as much deep core activation in this sequence but I loved it!!! Definitely makes you feel like you’re helping regulate your body while keeping attentive to those smaller inner core muscles!
I love the explanation and focus on form! I’ve been doing some of these exercises for years without form so it’s great to learn it.
